I just joined the Brooks Run Happy Group at Sweat365!

I’m a man from Warren MI US, born in 1951.

My favorite sports include: running cycling walking

My goals are: A consistent year of higher miles after the last few years of injuries

My other favorite activities include: Photography.

Been running since 1976 and there’s really nothing I like to do more. Injuries the last couple of years really has helped me appreciate how much I truly enjoy it.

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
